Choice "A"

I like the contrast light - dark (hair, beard, shadow). Left and right eye lashes are different, that is a bit strange.

Both don't have the right anatomy and are a bit flat, it doesn't matter but please don't try to hide these mistakes with artistic shadows behind the faces....It's good to make this drawings but I still think that your strenght is in the sea, beach and dune landscapes. With regards Ronald Knots.

Definately A - the shadow on the face of B throws me off. I can see feeling in A. Patrick in PHX

Both look a bit despondent, but pensive could be the interpretation. Monique's left eye has so much shading, it draws my attention. The color in Owtin is nice and the shading soft and interesting.

Difficult choice, but A has such a powerfull expression that I can resist the urge to vote for my own name.... B is gentle and somewhat melancholy; A is strong and arrogant. Both very well captured. Monique x |
